Isn't the rule where admins can't change things with out you or a co owner being their a bit redundent. Whats the point, a mod or admin is meant to look after the site well the owner isn't on, if you have to wait for the owner to be on the make these changes whats the point? If you don't trust the mods to make good decsions then you should think about who deserves to be a mod/admin more.

ya well some people like sigil* take things too far and use their power to mess around, my warning level and picture has been changed every time i log in every day, so only one trusted person who knows Beta the best should get admin...... like the person who sits beside him in the same computer room on the computer beside him.....

I trust Finn muchly... but that would be modership. An admin would need to know how to edit the admin panel, a moderator works with the people only.
